Key Design/ Implementation Solutions and Value Addition:

Design and configuration of SCI reports to understand the system behavior and monitor order inflow
Migrating SCI reports from different versions
Design new enhancements to enhance the MAO features
Overall, more than 150 reports were created/updated/tested.
Provide L2 support for current eco- system

Designed and Developed reports widely used by business to monitor sales.
Key business decisions were taken after looking at the data from the reports
Complete visibility to the inventory in the entire supply chain.
Support Manhattan Active Omni to ensure seamless customer experience
Lesser order cancellations and over promising was reduced
Transfer allocation feature was enabled and there was seamless transfer of inventory from on order to on hand
